For $80, you can't beat this dress. I'm 5'10", 170 lbs and a B cup, and I took the advice of the other reviewers and ordered a size up to 14. The bra cups are flimsy and tack stiched in, but a smaller bust like me doesn't mind. The burgundy color is more dark red than wine, but still pretty. The fabric is not satiny shiny, but the appliques make up for that. You have to put this over your head to get it on, there is no back zipper, just a side one, so put a bag over your makeup face when getting dressed. There's no fingerloop in the train, though, but that's easy enough to stitch in one.I bought this for a masquerade show, and it's a great choice.For the cost of this gown total, you cant buy the fabric and applique and time for this little. Cheap buy with big wow factor.I wear an 8-10 and ordered a large. It was still way too small. Design is attractive but very long. Also, I did not realize the bodice is sheer (I thought it would be lined) so you can't wear any under garment. The bra cups that were poorly stitched in the front were a joke. I am taking it apart and remaking the entire dress. It was a bit pricey to have to remake it, but if I would have purchased all the lace and beads, it would have cost more. While it came pretty fast, it was too late for me to remake it before my event. Lots of work, but it is turning out well.This dress is gorgeous. Although it took 3 tries to get the right size, I am very please with my purchase. I ordered the color royal blue and it is beautiful with great beading and craftmanship. I normally wear a size 12/14 in most gowns, but had to get a size 16 in this one, mainly because of my large breast. The dress hungs your body in all the right places. Although the dress is long, I love the look. I plan to either add a small hook to carry the trane as I walk or just hold it up with my hand because the event Im attending I'll be sitting 90% of the time. The top half of the dress is sheer and you will either have to go braless or wear somethng underneath. I plan to wear a nude color garment for control and to cover hide my bra because I have to wear a bra. I plan to purchase this dress again in another color....I love it and cant wait to wear it to my event!!! I'm 5'6" 128lbs, 32 bust, 26 waist, 36 hips, wear size 5-6 jeans and I purchased the size 2. I was hesitant to order that size because almost every post said it runs small, and to order a size or two up. But thank God I didn't choose to follow what most recommended. These dresses do not run small at all. For any other dress, I always get a 4. I've never fit into the 2 at Macy's, Nordstroms, etc. However this size 2 dress fit so perfect on me, and yes, for the bottom half, there is a good stretch to it! So for all my tiny torso, larger lower body ladies, this is for you! I can't say much about the top half of the dress because it's very fitted so you can't really get away with squeezing yourself if it's not really your bust size. The size chart matched me up with a perfect 4, but luckily I went with my guts and went with a size under. Pictures will be up soon! xJust took it out of the box and tried it on and i love it! I'm 5'6" and 140 and I bought the size 10. fits perfectly. It did come with cheap bra cups but I cut those out and used a nude strapless bra. I don't know what other reviewers meant when they said it didn't look like the picture- mine is exactly the picture. As you see in the photo, it is long in front and trails in back. I wish it were a bit shorter in the front. I put it on with heels but I am afraid I might trip. I don't wear heels often! My husband saw me trying it on and said "Wow!" Where did that come from! I think he expected me to say it cost hundreds of dollars. We are going to a charity ball this Saturday and I could not be more pleased with my appearance. Most of the women there will be wearing dresses in the thousands. I won't tell!This dress is very pretty and has a flattering shape if your curvy. It is much more revealing on the top than expected and the “bra” in it is just a couple of pads to provide a little coverage. Don’t expect and kind of support here! Can’t really wear any bra like item without it showing so I’m still exploring options. I think I’m going to have to resort to tape if I’m wearing this since I’m a DD and can’t really just go with nothing. I usually wear a 12-14 and ordered 14 and 16 due to other reviews. Definitely order a size or 2 up!! Honestly I can’t tell the difference between the two sizes though. They fit the same...??? There are no size markings on one so I’m not even sure if they sent the right one. Maybe they send me 2 14’s. If you can figure out the bra issue or have super perky 20 something boobs then it’s a beautiful dress.I don't like the built in bra because it does not lift sagging breasts, could do a better job with that. I suggest that you use a underwire, more expensive built in.This is not a Prime delivery item yet it is worth the wait. I purchased this dress for my mom's birthday and she loved it! This dress was extremely long (my mom is 5'7 with heels on) so you'll have to get it hemmed. Also, the front is see thru behind the lace. She wasn't comfortable with that look so we got it lined.
